*SoS is for strength of schedule. It is a function of the average of your opponents over your teammates. You do not factor into your own SoS. The higher the SoS, the more games you played that you had a 'better' partner than the average of your opponents. A low SoS is the opposite: you played with a better partner than the average of your opponents.

I decided to leave you out of the equation as the rankings of all four court players is already taken into account in the rankings calculation. The SoS should only be looked at as a win% modifier and not another form of rankings.

Is it weird that seeing my playing put down as a number is more motivation for me to do better than anything else so far?

Not weird at all. That's the whole point of these rankings: to make players hungry.

So, wait, a HIGH SoS signifies that you're playing against more difficult oppnents, whereas a low SoS signifies you beating up on weaker teams?

I think yo made a mistake when describing it in your previous post, as you u.sed the adjective "better" for describing opponents for both high and low SoSs
