Hosting a Takraw Tournament in the Bay Area this Fall

It should be our goal to host a real takraw tournament this fall, bringing players from both Sacramento and Fresno to the Bay Area. Furthermore, we should spread the word to see if teams from Houston or Austin, Texas, Los Angeles and San Diego would also attend. I really think that we could generate about 1,000 to 2,000 dollars in prize money just from entry fees (since most teams pay $150 to enter). What are some prospective dates for this event?

I'm thinking November 13-14th (my b-day weekend), but Nov 20th-21st could also work. Any input?
